Women in Finance Networking at Balanz Capital

Together with Balanz Academy, the Di Tella Finance Club ran a women-in-finance networking morning for UTDT students at Balanz Capital's offices. Attendees moved through Balanz's different business units, heard from professionals across the firm, and ran a hands-on portfolio-construction simulation. In the opening block, Sol Martinez Rao, María Belén San Martino, Ornella Di Benedetto, Delfina Bruno, and Sofía Semenov walked through their own paths into the industry. A closing panel of senior women at the firm — Isabel Botta Clucellas, Melina Di Napoli, and Julieta Lanzillotta — shared how they built their careers. The morning was put together by Ana Laplace, Paula Spitaleri, and Agustina Brandulo of Balanz Capital.
