The Di Tella Finance Club welcomed Esteban Aimaretto and Teresita Casanovas, financial advisors at IOL Inversiones, to UTDT for a workshop on the capital markets and getting started in financial advisory. They covered how a broker-dealer (ALyC) is set up, what a financial advisor actually does day to day, and where the openings are for people breaking into the industry. It gave students a practical foothold in how Argentina's capital markets work — and a real sense of financial advisory as a career path.
