The Di Tella Finance Club took part in "Construyendo futuro en el mercado de capitales," hosted by Cohen Aliados Financieros at its offices — an initiative built to bring students of Economics, Finance, and related fields closer to the industry through the stories of women working in the capital markets. Lara Cáceres Mielnikowicz and Lucía Pecar represented the club. Across the morning, several of the firm's professionals shared their career paths, the hurdles they'd cleared, and what they'd learned along the way: María Victoria Lezaeta (Talent Attraction & Development Specialist), Justina Gedikian (Senior Fixed Income Strategist), Ana Paula Gorriti (People & Culture Manager), and Celeste Melián (Communication, Culture & Learning Lead). Their stories opened up the different roles inside the firm and how the market really works day to day. A tour of the offices tied it all back to the floor, connecting the conversations to the real business. Made possible by the Cohen team and its CEO, Anna Cohen, the event underscored why spaces like this matter for spotlighting role models and widening women's participation in finance.
